When are the rooms available?
Check-in is available from 14:00. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00.
Where exactly is the hotel located and how far is it to Landeck?
Our Hotel Tramser Hof is situated at an altitude of 960 meters in a beautiful local recreation area directly above the town of Landeck. Here, you can enjoy wonderful peace and quiet while still being close to the town.
How do I reach the hotel by car or bus?
The hotel is easily accessible by car – please note, however, that snow chains are mandatory in winter when there is snow on the road. If you are arriving by public transport: The nearest bus stop and the Landeck/Zams train station are located directly in the town.
Are there parking spaces and an e-charging station?
Parking spaces right at the hotel are available to you free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Unfortunately, we do not currently have an e-charging station.
When is the hotel open during the year?
We are open continuously from mid-December until the beginning of October. Our hotel takes a short break in autumn.
Is there a restaurant and what are the meal times?
Yes, we have a cozy restaurant as well as a large terrace. Closing time is around 22:00 / 23:00.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, dogs are allowed in selected rooms ONLY upon request. Please understand that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining room.
What relaxation options are available on-site?
We offer a small wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room (open daily from 16:00 – 19:00). In addition, a small natural swimming lake right behind the hotel invites you to relax.
Is the Tirol West Card included in the stay?
Yes! The Tirol West Card is completely free of charge for our hotel guests and offers you numerous attractions in the region. For stays of 5 nights or more, you will even receive the Tirol West Card PREMIUM.
Is the hotel suitable for groups and can events be celebrated?
Absolutely! We look forward to receiving small and large group inquiries and are happy to host your individual celebration or wedding. Please simply arrange an appointment with us in advance so we can create a tailor-made offer for you.
